I need help!

I hate my laptop - I could throw it against the wall…

Well, I wanted to burn my Iceland-Pictures on CD - didn’t work, the computer is telling me that I should insert a CD - well - it was inside.

So I found out, that it doesn’t recognize any “empty” CDs, but it still can find and play music from self-burned CDs?

What do I need to do?  Shall I

I am working with XP, and I used to burn my CDs by just copying it into the "CD folder" now my Laptop does not find "empty" CDs, but I still can play or use self-burned once...

I've checked the protection switch of my SD-card - there is a folder on the SD-card (empty as far I can tell) which I cannot delete. I guess this might cause the trouble...

Yeah, it didn't work and I didn't find a similar German version but I got a different idea - I tried to burn with NERO - since I've the program installed since forever - and guess what it worked. One problem solved!
