That's why we in the Northern hinterlands have a snow removal service :-)

Heh. Here the lawn services do the snow removal and they charge the same per month in the winter for snow removal as they do in the summer for lawn mowing, so it's just like one consistent bill. Considering we have had about 10 snowfalls so far this month that required shoveling, it is one luxury that I really enjoy!

On the plus side...The big shoulders, back and arms (and glutes and legs) that come from shoveling snow: Others are packing on the fat during the holidays, and you are becoming even more of a musclegodstudmachine. no gym required.

That being said...I have a client with a steep metal roof...when we get any real snowfall, their roof becomes DEADLY... The snow just breaks free, and showers down on the street...Literally tons of snow.

How didn't I catch that you're in Seattle? How much snow you have up there? 2-3 foot drifts on Sauvie Island, here in Portland. Fun fun fun.
