Today has been an interesting one:  I left work early today because I couldn't stand it.  I came home, changed & ate & went to Tannehill.  There I walked & thought & talked to God 'bout some stuff (always nice).  Then I came home & cut grass (not pleasurable at all).  Then I jumped in the pool for a bit......
