I am rather fatigued
There is a short story contest that I want to enter, so I should think of something to write for it, but I am not having any luck. Instead I have conceived, in a vague state, of a trilogy of novels or at least long stories to write instead. We will see how that goes. -

I have returned to school and my portable desk. I think I will take a break from writing for a while, but we will see how insistent Hannibal and co. are. -

Nanowrimo is finished now. So now I can finally think worry or otherwise bother myself about other things. Alright -

Is done now. I am coasting in to the finish line, just trying to finish the whole story before the month is out. Yes, I am proud of myself.

And I am beginning to feel a sense of cautious optimism. I really ought to be able to finish now with a pace of 1044.625 words per day all that is required. However, I am also beginning to doubt whether what I have to write in this story will fit under the word cap, and therefore, if I will ever actually finish writing this as I will be tempted ( Read more... ) -
today
I finally crossed the midway point. Only five days late...which comes out to being well a lot of words behind. I calculated that my new Required Words Per Day score is 2484.3. So...We will see what happens. It is a little frustrating to be behind as I was actually rather confident I would finish last weekend, but this week has been very slow, ( Read more... ) -
Yesterday
I ripped off a satisfactorily large chunk of words. I had done my two thousand with the help of the evil doctor, then watched several episodes of Firefly, when I decided, for some reason (Maybe because I am behind) to write another two thousand (It's gotten to the point where 2000 only takes an hour now!) and once my time was up, I was still ( Read more... ) -

I may yet finish this story, or at least reach the objective by the end of the month, but I am having two problems. One is that there is something else that I want to write that I think is more original and perhaps creative and detailed than this, that buts in every now and then if I am not careful, and two, much as I like my current protagonist ( Read more... )
