we used to be friends (when I was shouldering, or maybe even evening_) and I remember loving your writing, but then you left for a while, and I lost your journal. We also have a lot of beautiful friends in common.

Would it be okay if I added you? I don't necessarily mean this journal (if this is one you keep for close friends etc.) but it doesn't do any harm to ask, at the end of the day.
