Now I'm a little homesick

Yesterday I watched parts of the Women's NCAA Basketball Final Four, and got homesick. It's taking place in New Orleans, my home town, and they showed some scenes of the city, the French Quarter, vendors cooking food, including powdering beignets -- yum!!! (kind of like donuts but way better, usually with powdered sugar on top. Can't get em in LA

Being slimed would have been horrible. I would just go around hugging everyone to share the wealth, though O:-) As they say, sharing is caring.
