Can't Sleep

I haven't been able to sleep right since I got here. I have all this spare time on my hands and well don't know what to do with it. I don't feel like going outside unless I have to. Why do I feel like I am always put second, some people just walk all over me because they know they can, I should put a stop to it but I always put the blame on myself
