I'm sorry, Mr. President. I attempted to disable Ted Kennedy before the state of the union address, and keep him from attending. I had my people PEPPER SPRAY him in the face while he was attempting to enter the capitol building. He turned red, but did not pass out as I had hoped, and he attended anyway. I think perhaps he had fortified himself with scotch before the event, and was therefore 'stun proof.'
