For awhile now, I've been thinking that Bashokitty needs a friend. I guess the idea got started before he finally decided that he liked home better than outside. I was originally thinking that *I* needed a kitty to play with when bashokitty was going on his three day long constitutionals.

Then Zac's cat had kittens. Of course, bashokitty was gone

Glad you're still around the traps. Sounds like Bashokitty will adapt to the new kitten, when he/she accepts the benefit of a companion and forgets the loss of attention :o)
