What do you take for art commissions? Neopoints?

I used to do commissions for Neopets but I found that the payment doesn't even come close to the time I have to invest in the work. Like 10k, 25k is the most people are willing to pay. Pu-leeze. And since people can't use it anymore in most competitions the requests have stopped, too.

Well, I take between 5-50k. My art isn't that great but I mostly do a sketch and then colour it. I once did a drawing for 2k because I felt generous. But I dislike doing the effort for less than 10k, so I know what you mean. I usually turn down requests for people donating under 10k.

I'm adamant about them not using them in the contests. But, the requests seem pretty good to me. I was swamped the other day.

You know what I found awhile ago from a random event and forgot I had in my safety deposit box? A Draik Transmogrification Potion. I'd be willing to part with it for less np than most people ask for, although not for free, sorry! I don't know if that's what you're looking for... if not then nevermind lol.

Ahaha, wow, what a random event to forget about! I'd recommend you sell it because it's worth probably 3 million nps! I'd feel too guilty to buy it off you because then I'd paint my draik striped and that'd be a waste of a transmorphgrification potion!

I forgot because I don't care for draiks, lol. What does the transmorphgrification part do? What are you looking for? If it would work and make you happy then you can have it, because I really don't care. I'll give it for 500,000 but ONLY for you. :) And that would be if you'd use it to get your draik and not sell it. :) I don't know how to do that though... through trades?

A transmorphgrification potion will turn your pet into a mutant draik. If you really will sell it for 500k I'll buy it from you. How can I resist such an offer? We can do it through trades. Just set one up and say that it's reserved in the description, then tell me when you have it set up and tell me your user name on neopets and I'll bid the 500k and a junk item. You really are magnificently sweet; you're losing a lot of money by selling it to me.
