Baby spinach boxes are great to re-use as large cheap disposable tupperware... i.e. cookie containers. And you have to eat spinach before you can fill them with cookies.

Win.

Excellent point... especially since most are made of a plastic that isn't recycled in our city. Yay for reuse!

Seattle's finally going to start recycling them March 30 - so hopefully soon in your city. :-)
