Today was one of the most pleasant days I have had all year.  I got up to a happy family.  We all just did our thing and then started to get ready for church without arguments.  I put a wonderful ham and baked potatoes in the oven before we left and when we returned all we had to do was warm up some rolls and make corn-on-cobb.  Yummmy!  We ate at

Too cool, I remember having just a few of those with my family also..Now Bill and I have pretty mellow days just cause I cannot handle the stress anymore..So we don't yell and if there is a problem try to work them out..smiles.

I cannot handle stress at all myself. My blood pressure is so out of control and my anxiety/ panic attacks seem to be getting worse through this past year. I need to do a lot of self talk to keep the temper from flying and the voice from raising. Today has been a very nice day, despite my friend Shanon calling ragging on the men in our lives and my mother calling upset at all of the men in our lives. I have to watch what I say about Chuck to them because they get really upset and very involved. I need to focus on the positive and move forward instead of backward and after so much negative talk today, I finally told both ladies that I needed to think positive. I want more days like yesterday.
