tense in general sucks.

Mmk..Hate to burn somebody's biscuits here...but...if you're tense, you shouldn't let others be brought down by you. Cause the last thing you need is more people in a bad mood because of you (not directed at you). Anyways. Don't like uptight. Period. sorry.
