Week 7 Entry - SHARED EXPERIENCE

Apr 11, 2009 22:57

I thought to compose a diary entry recalling a day of a teenagers mind. It should sound something like this:

Dear diary,

I woke up this morning dreading the day starting as I knew my weekend meant weekend shifts confined within walls and demanding customers. No freedom, no luxury of sleeping in or prancing around in my favourite Betty Boop nighie shorts and T. But being alarmed by my mothers calling " Wakie wakie !!! Get up and get ready for work you start in an hour". My response was simply vague trying to consume every minute and every second of sleep before the clock stroke 9 am.

After a few struggles and tossing forth and back from my linen sheets I managed to wake myself by refreshing my face through a quick shower. The water rushed through my hair and down to my body each trickle massaging my skin and especially my vertebrae. Then I spent 20 minutes beautifying my self with a quick dash of mascara and fruitilicious shiny lip gloss. I was ready for work in a microfibre silver blouse and grey vest matching my sophisticated hair do (ie in a bun with the fringe to the side).

At about five to nine I was ready to take on repulsive customer demands and earn quick easy cash. I had been tiding up the tables of clothing and straightening racks as usual when I had spotted a hot looking guy in black slacks and a neatly tucked in white business shirt logoed with his company name. Oh only if he had been wearing his name tag then Id known his identity. But those eyes that Id starred into where irresistable - a glowing green and hazel texture. I wish I could have starred in them all day long but he was due to return back to work from his lunch break.

How did I know he was on his lunch break well of course I rushed over to him and asked if he needed any service. I saw my boss in the corner of my eye surprised and puzzled of how eager I had been to serve this customer usually I'd dawdle and take my time or in some instances neglect the cutomer. I cannot wait every Saturdays now to encounter his maculinity and beauty.

Well I better be off now, its 12am I better get some sleep
