Yeah... other than farm-raised catfish and crayfish its probably impossible to find fish that hasn't been frozen in a block of ice.

Bryna is right about a lack of sushi places to choose from around here. However, I'm not that big a fan of cooked fish, so the idea of uncooked fish doesn't really do anything for me. I *can* be food-adventurous, in fact I tried some venison pate last week (yay for expense accounts!) -- I bet there's not too many China Spring boys who have done that!
