So I'm now established enough in my career that I am now trusted to interview people at my company. This is new. Oh how the tables have turned. 1 year ago I was in my own personal hell in a very negative work environment. Now I'm being trusted to interview potential employees. Yay for new company

That's also what my oldest requested! The last job was not pleasant. Things are going well right now.
