Great work! I read about your 5 mile effort elsewhere - that's wonderful that your Achilles tendons are holding up OK and allowing you to achieve your 'dance' goals. I hope the hips settle down too. ( I too have some minor hip & knee pains but they're not stopping me . . . yet)
