Last week was the annual New Light MCC retreat. It was held in Madison, VA this year at Pathworks. Was an awesome location although it was a little hot on Sat. Had a wonderful time. I'm headed to Louisville in about a week for business. Anyone on here from there?

I just joined Weight Watchers at work and had my first weigh in since watching my diet. I actually lost 3 pounds and really wasn't that careful the last week. That is encouraging and hopefully will lose more next week. I am a type II diabetic and the diet part has been very difficult for me. Two of my coworkers already attend the weight ( Read more... )

Busy Friday !!! I took yesterday off to work on my home office. My partner just painted it and I wanted to put the border up but ended up waiting till I had some help with that cause I've never put a border up before. It made a big difference.
