Awesome blog entries, but sad at the same time that it went down the way it did, and it costs $7500 just to obey the law. As I've always said, our legal system is broken which is why I try to avoid it at all costs. Not because I'm Lawful Good, but because I can't afford to be fairly represented in a court of law in the United States.
That's an awesome story - my husband and i never stop when asked when we leave Fry's, but they're not as diligent as Circuit City, I guess. We've never been arrested...
I'm wondering what happened with the charges he filed against the Circuit City employees though, he concludes with the outcome of the charges from the police (the more important part) but I still wonder.
I can't believe how many people bitch about him doing that, although I did see one comment about him wasting government time and our tax dollars which did make sense. But what's more important, having your rights, or wasting a little of their time and everyone's money? I'll stick with the rights, thanks.
