Apparently it's a Prince William. I was watching this thing on tattooing and piercing one day and they were talking about how apparently Prince William got a L shaped bar put through the tip of his penis so that he could attach the tip of the piercing to a thing on his leg so there would be no "unsightly" things happening, if you catch my drift. Personally, it sounds painful but it's supposed to be quite enjoyable once it, you know, heals and stuff...Kind of like the clit hood piercing I would expect. HA.
