precisely. As I commented on FB, I don't know whether to be pleased for my tastebuds or concerned for my waistline that it converted so easily on the first attempt. Probably a bit of both.

One of my Facebook friends is planning a toaster oven test and says she'll let me know the results of her research.

What kind of oil? Like, Crisco?

Crisco - if memory serves - is a solid fat. Oil is generally a liquid. I used canola in this instance, though sunflower or corn would certainly work. Olive oil has a distinctive taste, and might not work with the chocolate.

Have fun experimenting :)

Hi Geri,

can I pass this recipe to some friends of mine? I am always on the look out for recipes they can use.

Since I got it from you in the first place, that seems reasonable to me :)
