Wales is the current leader in the weather.gov snowfall total for Hampden county, and that's based on a broadcast media report from 9am Sunday. Then again, the only media we have in Wales is the community cable tv station, so who knows

Not that I want to be _too_ obnoxious, but for the past three days, here in the Los Angeleles Area, we've had mid-day highs at about 90 degrees F. And that's c. the middle of February, which is traditionally our coldest month ... and wettest, though we've had no rain so far and I've had to traipse over to my Community Gardens vegetable plot three times per week to water the lettuces, turnips, bok choi, carrots, scallions, and edible-pod peas.

I think we got about half a foot; we missed seeing you this past weekend, but were glad to be hunkered down safely at home, rather than snowed in in Boston.
