Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Test. BTW, zero is the perfect score. Age has caught up with my eyes in other ways, but not with hue, apparently.

If you really want to know, you need to do the boxed test with physical color chips.
The tetrachromacy test is bogus because you can't test for tetrachromatic vision with a trichromatic color source. It can't produce the wavelengths that the 4th cone type would activate on. It only produces red, green and blue.
