I have to wonder if there was much or any Fracking going on in the area. It takes a long time for stastical correspondence evidence to build up, and it might just be that Ghod is angry about the policies of the Conservative governments in the area, but...

And, of course, from time to time even seismically stable areas build up enough stress to shake, rattle, and roll a bit. I'm glad there seems to have been no really serious damage or injuries in this incident.

Isn't that part of the midwest all one giant sheet of the same kind of rock? Trying to remember that book (was it Dan Simmons?) about the New Madrid fault, where the entire midwest rang like a bell.

On the down side, if fracking had anything to do with it, I haven't moved far enough away to be out of the danger zone.
