I've listened to both of them now, and will return to both of them for several reasons.
You just know that the roar that goes up in Glastonbury as the first guitar line snarls out is what nourishes them. It's what keeps them happy to play the same song again and again - because of that roar.
I couldn't help noticing in the Glastonbury version that Charlie Watts looks more and more like Ramses the Second - far more handsome, not to mention alive, but definitely Ramses II. He was my crush in the Rolling Stones, and he's by far the oldest at this point, since Wyman left. He's got to be in his late 70s now.
