How could someone decide that licking a complete stranger's hand would be a good idea?
Sometimes, people are complete creeps.
Like today, this 40-something-year-old man totally hit on me. Shamelessly hit on me.
It was disgusting.

he was either drunk or trying to piss me off...i ahve no idea wich. it was 11 pm in Berlin...so the weirdos were out.

so maybe in germany licking ur hand is supposed to be a sign of affection..... or maybe it was just plain weird and i just got grossed out reading it......LOL
