My theory on it is that the school itself somehow brings it upon itself to have the mistletoe bind people. Though its effects vary from year to year, so it is indeed rather unpredictable. Either that, or a professor is just reeaaaaally sneaky and good at not getting caught.

You'll have to excuse me on that. I tend to have a nack for hacking things, more so if they somehow concern me in one way or another.
