This infuriates me. They're trying to make it illegal to tape a police officer on duty.

I can understand why cops don't want to be taped, but really, it's the best way to defend against abuses. And what's really fun is, this seems to be in response to the flood of police abuse videos all over the net.

That certainly makes direct action easy. I would simply put a large sticker that says, "FILMING IN PROGRESS" or a shirt to that effect, considering the exemption for "taping in progress."
