So, life continues to go on. A few changes, but less and less that I'm finding a reason to write about. I wonder how much of this pertains to the mental exhaustion of my job, or the fact that I'm writing all the time ( Read more... ) -

Nothing really to report. Updating my livejournal feels like I'm saving my game, or something to that extent, save that there's really no change. Life goes forward. Summer has been nice, I've been rejuvenated by the ability to go on 2 hour runs later in the afternoon, which is particularly useful given that I tend to be completely exhausted after ( Read more... ) -

Tech job get.
So, I got that tech job that I initially didn't get. The person they hired instead of me kept on calling in sick, asking to work from home, being late. Yeah. Don't do that when you're just hired. So I got the job. Hooray, new job, moving to Redmond, making money, and graduating from grad school.

Writing for writing's sake.
I used to write here so often, and that's changed recently. Well, the definitions of recency are variable, but I feel that I've lost something very big within myself. I used to attend to blogs so obsessively, writing consuming such a large quantity of my time that I would often find myself spending an hour a day working on word vomit. Started a teaching blog. Well, more like Science Teaching Ed blog.
