Well, friends, I believe all of you here know of my long and storied history with mental illness.  'Tis a chronic issue in my life, though I've been lucky to have periods of recovery and happiness mixed in with all the depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, etc.  Actually it's not all luck - I should give myself some credit cause it's HARD
