Well you know, I really thought 2008 was done kicking me right in the ol' balls but I guess I was wrong! Gee, who knew that a game of roshambo could last 365 days and I not die?

I hope your 2009 is a lot better then your 2008, you deserve it to be great. I'm sorry you lost so much of your memorable stuff, did they get rid of the trash already, is that where they put everything that they chucked? I suppose, the only thing you can do aside from be upset- which is still very understandable- is try to be thankful that your mom was able to save something. It would be so much worse if you had nothing left behind. :(

Oh its long gone...trust me I'd have been digging through the garbage this evening to find it all if there was a chance I could get it (and I think Dad would have too once he realized how upset I was).

I am very glad that Mom was able to salvage some of it. I'm getting over the being upset, I'm just still rather hurt and probably will be for a while.
