I love talking about bilirubin and the differences between Streptococcus Groups A, B, and C. You know what else I thought was ironic? That honey-baked ham co. had a recall on all those hams and turkeys that may be infected with listeria monocytogenes!!! Bad, but ironically funny in a way.
