mmmm i love cottage cheese and now i want some haha =] but i agree... a good amount of black pepper is a must. have you ever used lawry's seasoning salt on cottage cheese? it's delicious. possibly one of my favorite things. i miss it...
and i also miss reading for pleasure. it'll be nice once school is out and i have time for things like checking out library books and reading them. right now i'm reading Chrietien de Troyes Arthurian Romances (this week it's The Story of the Grail - Perceval) and although it's really good, it's still required reading. What a shame. I love reading things on my own time..
what are you doing next weekend? maybe the four of us (or 6 if blake and tara are down) could double/triple. interested? we really miss you guys a lot!
I used to put Lawry's seasoned salt on everything! It's really good on white rice, but I've never tried it on cottage cheese - I'll have to do that. Reading is one of my favorite pastimes hands down. I am not sure what we are doing next weekend. At the moment we have nothing planned and I think it would be awesome do hang with all yous guys. We really miss you all too! Let's plan on it.
