I just found out that Maggie Gyllenhaal will be playing Rachel Dawes in the next Batman movie "The Dark Knight" and I'm not going to lie - my anticipation level for this movie just skyrocketed. omg MAGGIE GELLENHAAL IS PLAYING IN THE NEW BATMAN MOVIE?! No way! I'm super duper excited now! I hated Katie Holmes... she really annoys me, in my opinion she should still be stuck in Dawson's Creek and out of the limelight.

and I agree with your statement about heath ledger. In my mind the joker is some tall, thin gangly fellow... and as we all know Heath Ledger is not thin or gangly, but rather toned and defined. I would have loved to see Crispin Glover do it; but that's only because I'd want to see him do anything *swoon* lol
