Amazing! I love how you write Duncan.... because I can both HATE him and yet get a glimpse of his Pov as well... the drunken Duncan who has wanted to say something to Logan for years....what a way to reveal that secret.

but my favorite line - "then he would go back to the beach house, put his head in Veronica's lap and explode."

Also I'm rooting for Dick's comeback. He is aptly named but lines like his to Logan about him being his "idol" is why I can't stop loving his character despite his many flaws.

Hee. I do love that everyone hates Duncan even though I am trying to write him as at least sort of human... It's just so easy to hate him, isn't it? And Dick, who really is a worthless person, well, he's just so likeable, isn't he? Funny how that works.

Yeah, just seeing the V/P designation made me throw up a little in my mouth. And yes, I know, I committed the sacriledge of writing mac/logan. But Piz???? For god's sake! I would rather read V/Lamb. I would rather read V/Back-up. (Okay, maybe not. But close!)

Actually Piz is not so bad. I hate him with an unreasonable passion that borders on what I feel for Duncan, but it's not his fault. After RT refered to him as a "Lloyd Dobbler type" I was so appalled that he just never got a fair chance in my eyes. I was actually praying he would turn out to be the Hearst Rapist. (Hey, he wore Duncan's clothes and came from Beaverton. Was it just coincidence that he was tied in with the two previous rapists?)

Hmm. Piz. I hope he dies a violent death.
