Ok so I had a few things going and I been poked about it so I figured I talk about it. I have traveled many paths in life, and still I don't know where I'm going or how I'm getting there. it is hard to feel not-quite-connected.....

i have often felt like i grew up too quickly, married too young, waited too long to have kids.... you can't go through life second-guessing yourself.

I know, at least in our circle of friends, that you've never been viewed as an outsider. Maybe that feeling comes with just meeting a lot of new people?

It's got to be all perspective... from what you have said you had friends in high school and such that had such tight relationships with, that you would die for them. I have often thought your loyalty was a bit misplaced there as most of them have generally shown the feelings were not mutual. Anyhow, it seems like you don't have that sort of feelings with your current friends, old or young, and so you feel like an outsider
