Ok we been told several times that we do so much, or that surely we can't have all that going on. So here it is, what we do on average in a month starting on Monday the first.

What time does Viv work?

Viv works Monday to Thursday 2:30pm to 12am, and 6:45pm to 10:45pm on sunday.

When I saw it - I was like - dang, time for Viv is in the middle of the night?? Then I got it *lightbulb went off* - she is working evenings, so the only time you would see her is the middle of the night.
