Album - You have me stumped here, princess. I have been listening to a lot a lot of Manu Chao recently. He literally is almost everywhere I go! He is a French born artist but also sings in Spanish, English and even Italian. It's largerly based on reggae and has a bit of a ska feel, really good to while away the summer to.

Book - Brookmyre. Not just because he's the last thing I read, it was really easy to digest, exciting, intelligent and he is cynical enough for you to love the fact he hates everyone. As much as you hate customers in The Ark. And less forgiving. On that tone also have you read Down and Out in Paris and London? Different time period but can empathise heavily with having to do shit jobz.

Film - SON OF RAMBOW, it's amazing, but I already told you this. Also The Orphanage, you'll come out stinking of poo and Tomas is one of the reasons Raff can't sleep at night.

Tv Show - MMM think we should give Flight of the Conchords a whirl, also you've not seen much Red Dwarf have you? xxx

I second both Red Dwarf and Down & Out in Paris and London. Two different flavours of awesome there.

Album- West Side Story- Oscar Peterson- worlds greatest jazz pianist covers a bunch of west side story numbers. its pure amazin!

Book- not much for novels myself, I'd recommend Lolita though if you haven.t read it already

Film- I'm guessing you've seen a lot of the classics. Go for Calamity Jane- its one of my favourite musicals and contains my idol Doris Day.

TV show- Look Around You- satirical science programme written by Edgar Wright, containing the very sexual Peter Serafinowitz.

1) an album

You heard Glasvegas? Their demo stuff is about.
Daddy's Gone and It's My Own Cheating Heart... are great.

2) a book

The ASP.NET 2.0 and ADO.NET books by Wrox are good.

3) a film

LOCAL HERO!
Can't see past this movie.
I put it on in work sometimes on my laptop and just sit and listen to it with my headphones while I code away. Just makes me really happy and relaxed.

4) a tv show

Prison Break, or Veronica Mars.
Yes. Veronica Mars.

Good question!

Album-
Sonic Youth - Goo, you should've heard this by now anyway (though I hadn't until this year). It's amazing.

Book-
On The Road by Jack Keroauc. A legit classic. Wrote in the '50s while Jack crossed America. Really funny, erratic and beautiful. It'll make you wanna travel though!

Film-
Tough one, you've got good taste so you've seen the best probably. Oh, on the off chance you haven't, you need to see The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. Stunning performances by Casey Affleck & Brad Pitt. Superb sound-track too.

TV Show-
The Wire. A quality detective / drugs show. Just brilliant stuff. Really engrossing though, so set aside 3 months of yer life if you get into it. I think I burned most of the seasons to DVD for Malcolm, so get them off him if you like.

The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford is really good.
Worked in the cinema anyway.

Also heard tons of good shit about The Wire.

It's on THE LIST.
I've finished everything else i've wanted to see for ages. It's time.
