OKAY NOW THAT I ACTUALLY SLEPT SO I'M ABLE TO TYPE SOMETHING CORRECT...!
I also agree with some of the points that were brought up. I noticed a good chunk of people didn't get to have much on the insanity action, and while the game is amazing, I do understand people would have loved to play with this precisely because of it! I think it's normal for you to favor canon you know, but at the same time it's unfair for the other players. I know it's not that you did it on purpose, it's just that it's obviously easier to manage that way.
I think, for a thing like this again (and I would seriously love if you would run another), running this with someone else would help with the time issue (since you can't be everywhere). Another thing I suggest is making everyone fill a form with ALL KINDS OF PINGS, and any of the things that may be useful for you to use during fun trauma times. Particularly because this was a game where the characters didn't have only their own life to protect, but also that of someone really close to them, I think there

I LOVED IT. There was just so much crazy and awesome and crazyawesome.
My only suggestion would be to move ousting forward an hour-ish and have the main action after ousting. You did a good job of running stuff with the action before ousting, but we had problems with running out of time in threads a couple times. Moving the stuff around might help with that problem.
H-Haha, actually... My biggest problem was just not being able to be in a lot of places at once. I didn't realize it at the time, but going out yesterday pretty much destroyed my plans of messing with the Homestuck folks the way I wanted to. So, it's not that I didn't want to so much as... by the time today rolled around, and it became apparent to me that the wolves were gonna lose, that I needed to step up my game and I needed to try and get some things tied up. I'm really sorry about that, because I knew it was gonna be a problem! /)(\
