For some reason, summer always does that to me. It makes me completely oblivious to the days passing and the hours spent doing absolutely nothing. 1- i basically feel the exact same way that you do.
2- for most it may not be safe to say that we will be friends forever and that no matter what you've really established something. but with me i know that it's different, because i know that i'm in for the long haul. i'm here, and i intend to stay here if your live provides for that, through thick and thin. so consider me some reassurance, i love and need you way too much to end what we have.
