How do you tell the difference between a premonition and just a fucked up dream?

Last night my Oma died.

Thankfully only in my mind, but it didn't change the fact that when i woke up, i knew it would be true very soon.

I cried inside- out of consciousness.

I don't know why i thought me spending more time with her would equal her living longer. The sad
