Well, I am going to RULE tomorrow....
Because I am going to have my attorney file a contempt of court claim against my ex for not paying child support. I am also going to have his wages garnished.
I am tired of people telling me I am too nice.
He came to Laryssa's Brownie induction ceremony tonite, and I had saved him a seat at the end of the row where the kids would still be between us but we could both sit with him. Well he sits clear on the other side of the room and calls the kids over to him. So I went over there and sat on the other side of Aaron, but he kept Hannah on the end, and would not let her come sit by me.
WHY is he doing this to our children? Both the girls were upset with him on the way home.
Anyway, I've had enough. I want to get as much as I can as far as time with my kids and the support I believe he is morally obligated to provide, and then I am going to get this thing over and done with, and move on.
Also, my attorney said that since he reneged on the mediation, the judge has discretion to require him to pay ALL of my atty's fees. That would be sweet.
But, it seems it's high time I stop avoiding conflicts, and try to meet them head-on, and let HIM be on the defensive.
Tomorrow is the election. Please go vote, especially if you're voting for Bush! LOL
I think Bush will win with more than 300 EVs. I look for him to pull out FL, OH, WI, IA, NM, HI, and possibly MN and PA. We'll see.
