Well, something is on my mind. Recently, I read an article on a friend's journal about whether we are losing the battle for the hearts and minds of the people in Muslim countries forever ( Read more... )

Let's nuke the sand niggers, and otherwise create jobs in the U.S. by the new demand for anti-radiation energy (oil) gathering. That'd do it!

Viva la Christ!

In order for "Christ" to "Viva", you actually have to believe that He lives.

Congratulations.

And, you know, you COMPLETELY missed my point, Mr. Irony Is My Middle Name.

Better luck next time! :-P

I'm not necessarily patronizing you, but... ehhhh... eye_yer_mind December 9 2004, 15:29:30 UTC

And furthermore, I am ONLY a Christian sister to Christian brothers...so, once again, congrats on (finally) getting religion....

And, propaganda does not have to in its essence be a dirty word.

I will explain this later.

And patronizing? I should think NOT. That would require you to believe yourself superior to me.

Hm.

Again, thanks for playing. :)

The problem is that you cannot force freedom on people. Or any sort of positive change, really. If the Iraqis were literally screaming for Bush to free them, that would be one thing. They weren't. Nobody was. And this will all lead to chaos because this is simply stirring up more anti Western sentiment in the middle east, among Iraqis and other nations ( ... )

Thank you, Michael, for a succinctly well put comment. :D....yes, I know....

Though I wholeheartedly disagree with you, the points of which we will discuss in another venue, I appreciate your views, I understand them, and acknowledge the passion with which you hold them.

So, thanks, bro! :D

Heartcha!

You left a comment on a comment of mine in our mutual friend speacial_pete's lj and I wanted to reply to it but I really hate having conversations with someone on other people's journals. Either their journal or my journal is how I like to do it, so I came over here.

You're in Kansas? Where about's? If you're in Hutchinson (I know, small chance) we should go grab coffee or something and meet each other because as it turns out we have another mutual friend, theonlyguyever. If you're not in Hutch then no worries, we can just bitch about how freaking cold it is here.

I'm Lucas by the way. Anyway, just a thought cause Hutch is borrrrrring.

Funny, I get the lj comment before I get the e-mail. Eh, no worries.

So how do you know Stephen? Did you used to live in Austin?

Added back.
