[There is static as the button is held down for several minutes before Zexion begins speaking. His voice is calm and collected, as always, but there is also a darker undertone.]
It appears I have arrived amidst a swarm of chaos, anger, and confusion. The meeting that was held today revealed the darkness within the hearts of each and every citizen of this island prison. It would take so little to turn these people against each other, to cultivate the hatred and fear that lies just beneath the surface, to corrupt the very heart of this world and watch as it fell to darkness, sharing the fate of countless other worlds.
[A pause]
And it would serve as nothing more than an exercise in futility.
[There is static again before the transmission is cut off]
