I've only read the Daine books once, but I don't remember them being boring. I mean, the Alanna books will always be my favorites, OMGOSH, but I didn't think any of the Tortall books were boring. <3 (My cousin bought me the Kel books for my birthday last week.)

Have you read the Trickster books? What about the one... um... one is called Bloodhound... they're about George's ancestor?

The Daine books weren't too bad for me the first time around either, but I've read them several times and they just get more and more boring each time. I don't have this problem with the other books at ALL, but she just isn't as interesting to me as the other girls. (But as much as I love Alanna, and omg LOVE George, the Kel books will always be my favorite.)

And yeah, I love the Aly books too! I love them all ♥ I haven't read the Beka Cooper books yet, though, but I will be with this reread of the books.

I loved the Aly books. I really love the Beka Cooper books!! I hope you enjoy them.

I can see where a series could get a little more boring each time you reread it. I've had that trouble with a few of the Harry Potter books. I love them, but some parts of them bore me a little more with every reread.
