I need to register for next semester at school, and I'm waffling on what classes to take next. (Really, I needed to register at least a week ago, but whatever.) I need another science credit, and I'm trying to decide between these three possibilities ( Read more... )

If you're taking a math course, you might like breaking it up with something not so math-heavy as physics, though physics would be my choice for most interesting.

I was leaning towards physics myself, although I wasn't actually able to find that course at a time that works with my work schedule, so I might have to put the science course off for another semester anyway :/

Boo. Go for underwater basket weaving!

(Also seriously, maybe get speech out of the way.)

I am so unprepared for a speech class, it's not even funny :/ I don't think I'm capable of it right now. I did pull the trigger on the US Government class, though, since I couldn't get into a science course this semester.

GO FOR PHYSICS! PHYSICS IS AMAZING!!! I still sometimes wish I had become a physicist instead of an English teacher. Also, a course titled "conceptual" physics and only requiring algebra is not going to be math-heavy. It's for non-majors, right? If it doesn't require calculus as a pre-req, you won't have to do any of the crazy math shit. GO PHYSICS!!!

hahahaha I was leaning that way! And yes, it's for non-majors, I just need a basic science course to fulfill the requirement to finish my AA.
