I used to sit in the library alone at lunch. and then one day I sat with this Asian girl (because I was in an Asian phase) and then all of a sudden two more kids came and sat there too. and i was like "oh my, i didn't know I was joining a group!" but they didn't know each other that well either so it was okay. Now we're all friends!

We just got a new kid from Goldwater, and everyone's really nice to him. He sits with all the popular kids at lunch and is even getting invited to parties already. They hardly know this kid, so i'm assuming they judged him by how he dresses or something-- because in 4 years, the same kids have barely ever talked to me. It's weird this high school thing.

You should've come to NC!! !!! I'd be so excited to have lunch with you!

Join clubs to make friends! There's always such a mix of people in clubs (there's no way you could already know everyone) that everyone wants to meet new people and make friends.

Emily my lady, just demand someone come and sit with you.
Thats what i did to my friend Holly.
It was like, the second day of school and she was just wandering around so i was like "hey! come sit here."
and shes my friend to this day
