[Action for household: GLaDOS sits alone in her house. Alone. ....again. The drone who pretended to be her lunatic was no company so GLaDOS had thrown her out of the house.

She listened. And walked off.

No stubbornness at all.  Nothing like her.

Caroline was saying that she missed her. Caroline could shut up any time thank  you. It didn't matter. She ( Read more... )

[In class she peers at her test, and probably did well enough since she IS really good at science, but peers at the other tests and boggles]

[The person next to her has a nice comment on their test. While you did not get a passing grade, please keep in mind the valuable lesson you have learned from this test. Namely, that you are a failure..]

Thank you for the particle physics questions.

[GLaDOS looks up from the desk.]

Oh, you're welcome.

(Engie had seen the whole scene. He hadn't intruded, partly because he knew it was none of his business, and partly because he didn't want to get on his new "wife"'s bad side. But now that the whole thing is over, and it looks like she's calmed down, Engie thought now was a good time to try his luck. He's brought a cup of hot chocolate along with him; he's not sure whether she'd appreciate it, but he had to try.)

...want some hot chocolate? I put marshmellows inside.

[GLaDOS is sitting on the couch, staring at the floor. When she glances over....]

....Fine.

[Takes the drink. Sulking AI is sulking.]

(Do you want to know how bad Engie is with women? On a scale of 1 to 10, he ranks himself a -5.

That being said, GLaDOS was an AI. And that was something Engie could be comfortable with. Engie's going to take a seat next to her.)

...you wanna talk about it? Or do ya wanna go blow some targets up? I've got some targets I made the other day.

It doesn't matter.

What type of targets?

(Well, this is...a surprise. Miss Pauling looks up from the records at the sound of that familiar voice.)

Good afternoon Miss GLaDOS. And it depends on what sort of music you prefer.

I don't know. Opera music is what I remember the best. I'd like to find more music though.

You could try for some of the classical works then. Here, try some Mozart. He's written some operas as well and he's generally regarded as one of the best composers in history. If you've heard the Marriage of Figaro, The Magic Flute, or Don Giovanni, well, they're all written by him.

(She passes her Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmuzik.)

[She's decided to go find some music she might like; the house can get pretty quiet sometimes.

Pyro stares.] Depends on what you like... Do I know you?

[GLaDOS looks over at the talking phone and then back to the two turrets making their escape. Oh there would be words about this. She just picks up the phone with the sigh.]

Thank you. I suppose.

No offense, wouldn't have really thought you were one for music. Or any art, really.

A side effect of Caroline.

...music isn't that bad I suppose. It's not science though.
