Whenever I find guts splattered all over my tunic, the first thing I do is feel my belly to make sure me goods be still intact... that is -- when it's safe to do so.

Whether me and the boys be defending Rohan against Sauron's armies, in the Battle of the Hornburg, or simply storming Prince Humperdink's castle, I usually delay my gut-checking ritual until no ememy swords, nor spears, nor arrows still pose a threat.

I always relieved to find the guts hangingg off me belt be someone else's...
