i got 28 lapson my beep test.... five laps different from last.... and 9.1 on nym beep test.... pretty decent for a smoker... beat quite a few ppl.. im proud.

Tonight went to raponis wit michelle and tanya... then went to lauras for a bit and pizza pizza... decent night....  for my first weekend away.

Drank past two nights so im pleased.

Yesterday went to movies. Saw secret window.. it was good. then slept at Jennas. Had 1 and a half  hour of sleep. made a cake wit frosting n a pizza... oh man, bad choice. next morning me and katherine me and were chucking back the Pepto Bismol. We were guna gag.

My day-slept till three... got up. got yelled at for not studying.. at to stay in to study... did not study. watched Old School instead.
